Mr. Easton is an expert in personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He has successfully handled more than a hundred such cases, ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to high-value catastrophic injury claims. In respect of corporate law and finance, his practice includes company formation, securities regulation, compliance, taxation, business strategy, investment, risk management, and international trade.

Through his network of associated firms, he is also able to provide additional legal services such as estate planning, family law, immigration law, entertainment and intellectual property law, and criminal defense.

Mr. Easton has master’s degrees in management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and in financial engineering from University of California, Berkeley. He completed his Ph.D. examinations in Finance at EDHEC Business School in France, and his legal education through his juris doctor and LL.M. (taxation) degrees at Loyola Law School. He is an Associate of the UK Society of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) and a Charterholder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analysts’ Association (CAIA). Mr. Easton is admitted to practice in the state and federal district courts of California, the U.S. Tax Court, and the AIFC Court. In addition to California, he has passed the bar examinations in the States of Florida and Pennsylvania.
